Are you referring to Texas Beach in Richmond? I was there rather recently, it was fun.

naa, i was talking about the oceanfront at virginia beach.
i wouldn't be and i'm never surprised when i see crustees drinking 40s and getting their tan on the shores of texas beach.
but yea, it's a swell watering hole.
